Full blue cloth, gilt stamped title to spine, blind stamped decoration to boards. viii, 232 pp. [32] colour plates, [1] fold-out map. Rubbing to spine ends and corners. Foxing to edges of text block. Dust jacket is price clipped, chipped to spine ends and corners, generally soiled, worn and perforated to fore edges. Publisher's ad brochure laid in.
