In fine pale grey cloth boards, gilt titles to back strip. The covers are very clean, firm and straight. Unmarked end papers and cut edges. Near fine text block, tightly bound, square and not tanned or foxed; small marks on page 9.With many clear b/w plates by Michael Holford. No inscriptions etc. In very good dust jacket, with b/w photo to front and red titles. The jacket is a little edge-worn but otherwise sound and not price clipped.
