The writer states that the "main point of this book was to gather a great deal of information about period kitchens in one place, so that it would not be necessary for everyone who was re-doing a kitchen to reinvent the wheel." Very good. Small bump to the heel. Minor shelf and handling wear. Small rub to spine. Remains square, clean, and firmly bound. No markings.
