Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact, bar chips to top and/or bottom section of spine. Full dark blue gilt stamped and decorated leather over boards, marbled end papers, all edges marbled, viii, 216 pages. Worn at corners and spine ends, spine rubbed, spine label has small piece missing from it, chipped at head of spine, leather boards scratched/rubbed, previous owner bookplate on front free end paper, a prize presentation label from the St. Peter's School, York on front paste down, light foxing on end papers, front cover "sprung" so that it does not close completely.
