London: Faber and Faber Limited, 1935. 1st Edition. Blue Cloth. Very Good/Good Plus. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 383pp. A fresh copy. Several illustrative plates support the text. Light sunning to the very edges of the head and tail of the spine and one corner slightly bumped. A pencil inscription with sketch of a seated girl to the front end paper. Clean and tight. Dust wrapper not price clipped with a pencil cross through the price. Light sunning to the spine fo the wrapper. The front of the wrapper has previously been split away from the spine of the wrapper, though is now repaired with acid free archival tape to the reverse of the wrapper. A couple of other short tears from the head of the wrapper, no more than 1.5 cm in length, also likewise repaired. The pictures to the front and rear of the wrapper remian fresh and clean. A very good copy.
