Hardback, 1968, first US edition, published by Random House, New York, 245 pages.
Measures around 8 1/2" by 6" by 1 1/8". Dust jacket has some scuffing, chipping and wear but is quite clean and has a protective plastic cover the protect if from further degradation. Dark green cloth binding, red lettering to front board, gilt lettering and detail to spine, signs of shelf-wear and a little marking but quite clean. Binding reasonably firm, a little slackness but quite sound. Page edges deckled, a little browned, foxed and scuffed. Some marking to endpapers but otherwise page surfaces clean, no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information.
