Detective Book Club, 1960. Hardcover. Very Good. Signed. Detective Book Club omnibus edition, three novels in one. The other two novels are 'Kept Women Can't Quit' by A.A. Fair and 'Dead on Arrival' by Lee Thayer. Signed and inscribed by John Holbrook Vance (as Jack Vance) at the title page of his contribution. Boards show some rubbing and light soiling, bumping at the corners and the top and bottom of the spine. Pen underlining on front cover and spine titles. Previous owners' name written on first page, and there is a pen scribble on the inside front board. Spine is otherwise fairly solid and firm. Minor split in the text block at the gutters between page 56 and 57. Text block is otherwise firmly attached. Text block is lightly age toned, and shows some spots of foxing on the text block edges. Book Club. Jacket Condition: No Jacket. Size: 8vo - over 7 3/4 in - 9 3/4 in tall. Year: 1960.
