New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1969. First collected edition. Hardcover. Octavo, viii, 469 pages. In Good minus condition with a Fair plus dust jacket. Spine is white with purple and black print. Dust jacket has edgewear with small tears at spine ends and flap corners, smudging/shelf wear. Boards quarter bound with black cloth to spine and green paper to boards. Wear to spine caps, cocked spine light peripheral toning. Text block has purple tinted bottom edge. "Book club edition"- dust jacket.
