Ottawa, Canada: F. A. Acland, 1924. fair to good. 292, 7 maps in pocket at rear of volume, figures, tables, apps, rear flylf discolored, sm piece cut out of title page, bds stained. Spine faded and worn, large tear at front hinge, small tears at top and bottom of spine, some soiling to boards. The author was a colonel in the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps.
