London: Robert Hale Limited, 1957. First Edition. Hardcover. Very good/very good-. Hardcover, illustrated with b/w photos by Everard, 36 pages of text plus 31 photographs. Some offsetting to the endpapers, light wear to the spinal extremities, still a very good copy with clean text and tight binding in a very good minus dust jacket (price clipped, spine darkened, shallow chipping to spine eneds, edge worn with closed tears and minor rubbing). Now protected in a mylar cover.
