Disch on the front free endpaper, inscribed to John Baxter (likely the Australian-born science fiction writer) in the year of publication. 177 pp. Good+ with chip to head, toning to wraps, front wrap holding but fragile, bumped corners. A scarce signed prepublication copy of a major science fiction novel. This British edition preceded the American by a year.
