Lansing, MI: Self-Published by Author, 1994 Self-Published by Author, Lowell, MI. 1994. Softcover/Trade Wraps. Presumed First/No Edition stated. Inscribed by the author on the FFFP verso in 2000. Book is tight, square, and unmarked. Book Condition: Near Fine; slight edge and tip bumps. No DJ. Pictorial card stock wraps. Wraps are not bent or folded; spine is not creased or split; text is secure in binding. 27 numbered pages +14 B&W and Color photo pages 8vo. A Michigander by birth, Keith fell in love with the west and spent much of his time between Colorado and New Mexico where he broke, trained, showed, and judges horses; he also managed ranches and compete in all rodeo events; he could rope with quickness and dexterity. In 1955 he graduated from NMSU with a degree in Ag Education and English the he used as a high school teacher until 1974. Along the way he pulled out his pen and paintbrush and became an accomplished Cowboy Poet and Artist earning the title of the premier painter of the working cowboy and selected to represent NM in at the National Cowboy Poetry Gathering in Elko, NV. A clean very presentable copy.
