About This Item

Ottawa: Canadian Geographical Society, 1931. Paper bound, Volume III, No. 6. Preliminary pages (Pp363-78) suffer from 'glued' condition, likely from moisture problems, and were separated but without damage to edges and some loss of text to first article on Parish Churches of Rural England. Front cover is still stuck to first preliminary page. Normally we wouldn't list an issue like this, but in this case we have an early issue of an important Canadian magazine with the latter three-quarters in very good condition, which larger part includes a feature article on Manitoba's north. Overall we need to grade this as in poor to fair condition. 200 grams. Contributions include Parish Churches of Rural England by Philip Turner; The New North in Manitoba by Dr. R.C. Wallace; and Down Digby Neck by G. Hamilton Hatheway. All books in stock and available for immediate shipment from Winnipeg, Manitoba.
