New York: George H. Holden, 1883 364pp. Front hinge is open. Rear hinge is partially open. Tips, spine ends, and edges are heavily rubbed and are fraying. Spine head has a 1-1/2" x 1" tear. Boards have heavy soiling, many scuffs and many scratches. Spine edges are heavily rubbed. Boards have a bend. Newspaper clipping pasted to front endpaper. Several signatures are starting to open. One signature is open. Most if not all plate tissues are included. Page edges have light foxing. Pages are toning. Spine is cocked. Many pages have creases, chipping, and small tears along the edges. May have other flaws. . Hardcover. Poor/No Dust Jacket.
