Twice-expanded version of "CARILLONS OF BELGIUM AND HOLLAND," which was THE FIRST BOOK ON THE CARILLON IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. Together with Rice's later books, this work contributed significantly to the rise of the carillon art in America. Our copy is SIGNED BY RICE, with a quote from Walter Damrosch written in Rice's hand: "The revival of a lovely Medieaval music." The book is in near Very Good condition.
