The covers are mostly clean, though ther eis a slight scuff mark (appr. 1 in) on the front cover, and there is some light creasing at the front gutter and light bumping to the corners and the top and bottom of spine. Light soiling at the top of the spine. Slight tilt to the spine. The spine is solid and firm. Interior text block is straight and firmly attached to the spine, and free of markings. Size: 16mo - over 5? in - 6? in tall. Year: 1963.
Synopsis
Carson of Venus is the third book in the Venus series (Sometimes called the "Carson Napier of Venus series") by Edgar Rice Burroughs. It was serialized in Argosy in 1938 and published in book form a year later. The novel, which was written close to the outbreak of World War II, satirizes Nazi Germany by including a fascist political faction called the "Zani."
