Her Majesty's Stationery Office, London, 1898. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 263 pages (complete). A placid copy. The evening-blue boards are neat, agreeable. There is shelving wear to the corners and edges. The contents are benign and expectant. Previous owner stamps (Royal Society of Edinburgh). The pages are uncut at the top. The front pages have some storage wear and creasing. The frontis and end papers have storage marks. The title page has some storage staining along the top rim. The contents are most pleasing. They are calm, clean, clear, confident, conscientious, sober, detailed, decided. Please note that due to the weight of the book, should the book need be posted to outside of South Africa, extra postage charges may be required. fk.
