The catalogue was compiled at the request of the owner The Duke of Northumberland in 1912. With a Grade I listing on the Register of Historic Parks and Gardens Albury was laid out by John Evelyn in the 17th Century then owned by Henry Howard 6th Duke of Norfolk. G+ (no d/j] Book-apart from end papers the book throughout is VG+ on very clean paper, fading ink inscp. to front end paper, sound binding] Boards- blotch fade to spine, shelf wear to cloth, with no other notable faults).
