A very nice copy of the HARDCOVER edition, tough-to-find in collectible condition this nice. SEE PHOTOS. Previous owner's name on the pastedown endpaper. Bright, clean, square, and reasonably tight. NOT a library discard. Hinges are perfect. Pages are creamy white, crisp and unmarked. NO foxing. First Edition. This publication is devoted entirely to Nelson Horatio Darton's comprehensive bibliography and index of the literature of North American geology from 1732 through 1891. Included are brief annotations on content, plates, etc. Bound in the original dark green cloth with gilt spine and blind-stamped front and rear cover decorations.. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good+ condition. Thick 8vo. 1,045pp.
