London: Piccadilly Fountain Press, 1935. Book. Near Fine. Hardcover. First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Hardcover, brown cloth with white printed spine label, in publisher's original pale green dust-jacket lettered in black. 182 pages. Illustrated with four full page photographs. First edition, one of a limited edition of 275 copies, with limitation number blacked out (out of series copy?). A very nice association copy with presentation on front free end-paper from Noel Charles Peyrouton [noted Dickens scholar] to John Greaves [ author of several books about Dickens including "The London of Dickens", "Who's Who in Dickens" and "Dickens at Doughty Street"], dated 15 August 1964 and signed by Peyrouton. No other ownership marks present. Spare paper spine label bound in at rear. A clean, fresh and unmarked copy with dust-jacket in protective acetate covers. Near fine in a near fine dust-jacket. .
