Pp. xiv, 80; coloured folding map to rear, hand-made paper, some edges untrimmed "Presentation copy from the author" but no limitation or issue number stated. Very attractively bound in modern red half morocco over marbled boards, raised bands, gilt rules and title to the spine. Binding fine, contents clean and tight, new end papers, a few pages a little spotted, mostley at end. A fine copy in an attractive half-leather binding..
