London: Hutchinson & Co. (Publishers) Ltd., 1931 Third printing in hardcover without a dust jacket. Green cloth with gilt lettering on spine. Sixteen black and white plates. One corner bumped, corners and spine ends show wear with some fraying, small tears to top of spine. Gilt on spine is totally dulled, small sticker on front endpaper. Good.
