Six Score 35 says, "A social history of the Kansas cattle towns written almost entirely from primary sources. Few books have dealt seriously with the realities of life in the cattle trading centers of Abilene, Ellsworth, Wichita, and Dodge City, and none as well or as completely as this." A fine copy in dust jacket with very slight wear to top of spine.
