First published in 'Red Magazine' 1919 and 1920 as two serials. In the publisher's original blind stamped cloth. A scarce work. This novel was written by Roy Norton which describes the discovery of a lost Mayan city with advanced inventions which appears to be deserted, only for the descendants of the city to return.Undated, dated by copies held at the British Library. In the publisher's original blind stamped cloth. Externally smart with slight fading to the spine, joints starting slightly to the head and light rubbing to the extremities and joints. Light offsetting to the free endpapers. Front hinge starting after the half title. Internally firmly bound with clean and age toned pages. Very Good

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
