First edition hardcover, with dust jacket, published by the University of California Press, 1998. Published to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Moore's birth, this is the comprehensive review of all of his work. Includes all media; drawings, graphics and sculpture. Reproducing in full color 500 of his most important works. A range of historians, critics and friends provide captions analysis and personal anecdotes. Contributors include; Julian Andrews, Roger Berthoud, Anthony Caro, Susan Compton, Richard Cork, Penelope Curtis, Philip King, Christa Lichtenstein, William Packer, Julie Summers, and several more. The dust jacket is intact and is not price clipped. High quality, printing and binding from MRM Graphics. 10-1/2" X 12", 560 pages with Index and Bibliography. Sturdy dark blue cloth covered boards, with the title imprinted on the spine in silver. The dust jacket has some horizontal creases from use at the top edge. Cover boards are flat, the corners are not bumped, no edge wear. Sewn binding is tight and square. No former ownership marks, one small pen smudge on the fore edge about 1/2" long. That's not a remainder mark - looks like someone just dropped a pen on the book. No further writing or marks besides that. Not a library discard copy. Attached photos are of the copy we have in our inventory.
