About This Item
London: published by the author, no date [c. 1911]. No edition stated, but presumed first edition (hardback). 8vo (22cm by 15cm), xiii, 499pp. Frontispiece, plates. Original blue cloth, gilt titling to the spine. There is some rubbing of the binding, and foxing to the preliminary pages and the edges of the text block; overall, this book is in good plus condition. The book is undated; there are various estimates on JISC ranging from 1911 to 1915, but the final text page is dated Christmas Day 1910 so I have gone with a publication date of 1911.
