First edition, with last two words of the publisher's info in italics. Small octavo (5 3/4 x 4 inches; 147 x 105 mm). [4], 182 leaves [of 184]. Lacking leaves O4 and O5. Title printed within a woodcut border. With woodcut head and tail piece and initial. Only one complete copy on Rare Book Hub since 1963.

Second edition. Small octavo. [16], 304, 307-424, [2, blank] pp. Although there is a jump in pagination, no leaves are lacking in this work. Title with woodcut vignette printer's device. With woodcut head and tail piece and historiated initial.
Bound together in full sheep, ruled in gilt. All edges dyed red. Boards are rubbed. Front board is loose but holding, spine is cracked but also holding. Some general toning to leaves. Previous owner's old ink notes on both title-pages. Previous owner's bookplate to front pastedown. Overall a good copy.
