Motorbooks International, 2001. Hardback. Acceptable. Acceptable condition. The dust cover has some discolouration, scratches and scuffs to the edges as well as a large 5cm tear at bottom of the page edge of the front, which is surrounded by many creases and scuffs, and a 2cm tear at the top page edge of the front. Other than the issues with the dust cover, the book is in excellent condition with all pages crisp and clean.
