First/First in Near Fine/Near Fine condition with very minor light soiling to book edges and shelfwear and two small impressions, nearly punctures to front of DJ. Otherwise tight, square clean and unclipped(see photos). It has been Signed and Inscribed on the half title page "Dear Commissioner Kelly, with my warmest wishes and greatest admiration. Jonathan Mahler". Kelly was the former Police Commissioner of NYC. All books bubble wrapped and shipped promptly in a box.
