This is a very large hardcover bound in blue-green cloth published in 1967 by Harper & Row, distributed by Windmill Books. Book in perfect condition. Jacket not price-clipped (4.95), very slightly soiled by use, missing 1/2" chip at top of spine, 1 1/2" tear in lower edge of front panel, a couple of other 1/2" tears in edges. Overall very nice.
