Green untitled wrappers. Title page present, dated June 1983, with credit for screenwriter Steven Phillip Smith. 124 leaves, with last page of text numbered 121. Xerographically duplicated, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Near Fine, bound with a silver prong.
