City Lights Trashcan Series #1. Title page signed by Ginsberg in ball point, dated 1982. Covers bright and edges crisp, mellowed crease to upper rear corner, leaves moderately toned. Full transcript of the poet's colorful and "immaterial" testimony as witness for the defendants in the 1969 Chicago Seven trial.

Now housed in a removable, clear archival sleeve with an acid-free backing.
