D. Appleton-Century, 1929. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1929. Fourth Printing. 472 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth with gilt lettering. Black and white illustrations throughout. Light tanning to pages; more prominent to text block edges. Hinges are visibly cracked with netting exposed but remain attached. Binding otherwise remains firm. Boards have minor corner bumping, fraying to cloth at corners and edgewear with mild scuffing overall. Spine has moderate tanning with light curling and crushing to ends. Lettering is slightly faded.
