Teal cloth binding with gilt lettering on spine (top and bottom very slightly faded, with light bumping to ends of spine). Teal paper covered boards with stamped bird decoration. Beautiful and richly coloured illustrations throughout. Clean, tight text block. In illustrated dust jacket not price clipped. Dust jacket lightly worn, especially at edges, with very mild chipping and small closed tears (and a small amount of professional restoration done). A lovely copy. very good Signed in blue ink on the title page by both the author and the illustrator. Retelling of the traditional christmas story by one of Canadas most famous writers, supported by illustrations by the famous Toronto artist. 1980
