Berkeley and Los Angeles: University of California Press. Very Good+ in Good+ dust jacket. 1962. First Edition. Hardcover. Tan cloth, red design on front and spine lettering, endpapers are map of Mexico in turquoise, text pages are followed by full-page photographs, a few of which are in color. Light blue jacket with b&w photo on front. This copy bears a presentation inscription on the half-title penned in blue ink and signed by the author. Also laid in is a photograph, most likely a portrait of the author. ; 8-3/4" x 11-1/4"; xxii, 126, 163 pp; Book has small area of erasure on FFEP, prior owner bookplate, almost no wear. Jacket is shelfworn with small closed tears and creasing along the top edge and a small piece missing at the lower right corner, not price clipped (retaining original $12.50 price), in protective mylar cover. .
