Cites recent Supreme Court ruling "finding no constitutional objection to a law making saloonkeepers liable for damages resulting from their sale of liquor;" calls on Pennsylvania citizens to "...Spread this informaion, and encourage such as are aggrieved to demand redress through the courts from those who have for years fattened upon the weaknesses of their fellowmen." At foot of text: "Adapted, in part, from the editorial in North American, April 30, 1914."
