Newberry, at the Bible and Sun, in St. Paul's Church-yard, MDCCLXII". Page "vii" misnumbered "v" in Volume 1, and a misaligned "i" in "mazing" at page 11 bottom corner of Volume 2. Full title: "The Citizen of the World; or, Letters from a Chinese Philosopher, Residing in London, to his Friends in the East." From the collection of Barry R. Levin, Science Fiction and Fantasy Literature.

Book Condition- Very Good: Firm square copies with chipped spine top edges, spine creases, worn corners. Tanning to edges of endsheets. A booksellers description fixed to front pastedown Vol 1. Rear free endpepr of Vol 2 is half torn away. "John Howell Importer, San Francisco" shop ticket to rear pastedown of both vols.
