About This Item
New York: P.F. Collier, 1889. Songs, poems, stories, a rather amazing omnibus that was originally published in 1865. This is a Very Good copy of the reprint of Moore's reissue in 1882 (his Preface indicates by popular demand). Dark blue pebbled cloth binding with gilt lettering and decoration on the spine and front cover. Clean text; 560 pages, illustrated; pages supple but starting to tan due to the acidic pulp paper used. A very popular book in its time, but uncommon to find in undamaged condition. This copy has bumped corners (one to a fray); the last signature is cracked but holding. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Reprint.. Decorative Cloth. Very Good/No Jacket.
