About This Item
Glasgow, Scotland: William Collins, 1959. Hardcover with clear plastic protective dust jacket, First Printing thus, 320 pages including tartans superbly reproduced in full colour and clan badges in black-and-white, plus two different endpaper maps;---very elegant book in gorgeous multi-coloured tartan cloth covers with exceptionally bright and clear gilt lettering to spine and equally brilliant top edge gilt (no lettering or labels on covers);---not a hint of shelf or reading wear, very clean and unmarked throughout; (I would blush to call a now 63-year old book as new, but no flaws are evident to my tired old eyes, an exceptional copy).
