Spine sunned, hinges loose, shelf-wear on edges of bindings, text block starting to crack at page 154, "1924" handwritten on title page, owner plate from the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts, illustrated with beavers, Indians, etc., text block clean, bright. Very Good..
