A humorous colonial tale of the pirate Dixy Bull who terrorized the Pemaquid, Maine peninsula, by Maine poet, filmmaker, and journalist Day, author of Up in Maine, Squire Phin, King Spruce and others. Scarce in the first edition, especially in jacket.
CONDITION: Very good, discreet private library number (242) in upper right corner of front paste-down and flyleaf; dj good with private library label numbered 242 on spine, pencil numbers on spine as well, chipping, tears and creases at extremities.
