According to the preface, this book is not intended to be a guide as no hotels are menationed, rather it documents "scenes and places along the Devonshire seaboard, the result of a walk, or rather of a series of walks, over the cliffs of the fairest county in the west." Brown leather spine over dark green cloth covered boards with gilt title to spine and front board. Gilt vignette of Devon to front board. Minor sunning to spine and minor wear to edges of boards. Bumping to corners. Minor foxing throughout, heaviest on early and late pages. Includes a fold out map to rear and multiple full page illustrations. A few short closed tears to the map. 444 pages.
