An excellent general introduction to the subject well illustrated from the author's own collection. No inscriptions, very slight fading to top and bottom edges of covers, a near Fine clean copy in very good DUSTWRAPPER (dw: price clipped, slightly rubbed at head and tail of spine and on corners, tiny chip to surface at foot of upper hinge).
