New York: Bramhall House, 1966. First Edition by Bramhall Hous. Near fine in 1/4 red cloth and paper covered boards with very faint fading around the edges of the boards. In a very good+ dust jacket with a 2" closed tear on the rear panel at the fold to the spine area and a 1/2" closed tear at the upper edge of the front panel. 197 pages with over 150 illustraions in black and white and 44 in full color, with an appendix.
