About This Item
Columbia, South Carolina: The State Company, 1931. Cloth. Very Good +/Very Good. The 1931 1st edition, in its uncommon dustjacket, of "the life of Colonel Joseph Newton Brown and the Battles of Gettysburg and Spotsylvania". Solid, tight and VG+ in its navy-blue cloth, with just a touch of light spotting along the top-edges and several tiny clear-tape marks at the pastedowns. And in a bright, VG dustjacket, with mild chipping to the spine ends and the tips, and in a bit of light chipping and creasing along the edges. Still though, very presentable and including 3 full-page maps, 1 a fold-out.
