About This Item

(BROOKLYN BRIDGE) An eye-catching example of letterhead featuring the East River Suspension Bridge (Brooklyn Bridge). The upper portion of the letterhead depicts the bridge in color, with a brief blurb about the bridge’s history below. The image was from publisher Charles Magnus & Co.’s 100 Views of New York and Environs (c. 1870). In very good condition with some wear and spotting. The blank area of the letterhead seems to have been cut off, but it has not been written on.
