San Francisco: Book Club of California, 2004. Forward by Andrew Hoyem. Text was printed by letterpress and the illustrations reproduced by offset lithography. Bound in quarter rusty orange fabric with yellow fabric covering the boards. The spine and covers with their decorations by Valenti Angelo are printed in brown. Generously illustrated with color photographs of the books and photographs of Jane Grabhorn with the Grabhorn brothers and with William Roth. One of 500 copies designed by Andrew Hoyem and printed at his Arion Press. Octavo. 214 pages. New in the original publisher's shipping carton.
