From an auction of modern first editions-- with a special Auction Lot of Sports books--and with the auction tag laid into the book--a superb fine copy in a very good unclipped dustjacket. This copy is signed- "Your Friend, Ken Venturi" on a front free endpaper. Tight and clean with no interior markings or other evidence of previous ownership. The dustjacket has some fading to the red lettering on the spine with a bit of rubbing on the upper front panel--and closed end tears--with no paper loss. Protected in an archival dustjacket protector.
