The Nonesuch Press. 1933. 8vo. 23 cm, 86p., no. 751 of a limited edition of 1000 copies, designed by Francis Meynell, Ernest Ingham printed the book at the Fanfare Press for the Nonesuch Press, the title page device was designed by Stephen Gooden, on hand-made paper, quarter dark brown cloth backed tan paper over boards, gilt spine title, fine in near fine jacket "With the bookplate of "Louis Blake Duff". (lt). Originally intended as a general introduction to the uniform edition of his works -"the story how literature hailed me." "Communication" was the last writing by George Moore before his death in the 21st of January, 1933. Louis Blake Duff, journalist author and bibliofile, published Burnaby, 1926; Crowland, 1928; & The County Kerchief; and numerous articles on historical, literary and bibliographical subjects. University of Western Ontario conferred on him the honorary degree of L.L.D.
