London: Victor Gollancz, 1980. First UK edition. Hardcover. Very Good/very good. First impression. 8vo. Pp xvi + 653. Burgundy cloth boards stamped in gilt on the spine. An ex-library copy with marking on the copyright page only otherwise a clean, unmarked copy in a tight binding and unclipped dust jacket. The spine of the dust jacket is sunned. The lower hinge has been strengthened with archival tape.
